Move Forward With Clarity &
Intention.

Coaching is a personalized approach in caring for the whole person.

Coaching is personalized care. The coach doesn’t decide what the coachee needs.Coaches ask, “What do you want?” Coaches don’t hand out prescriptions to do this, or to do that. Even in how we partner with the coachee to determine the best ways to discuss it. Coaching is flexible and highly personalized to the needs and context of the other person.

Coaching also cares for the whole person. Coaching looks at the whole person—mind and emotions, inner being and external actions, mindset and behaviors. The reasons why we have difficulty accomplishing something may be because of our mindset or an unconscious fear or lack of skill. Our biggest struggles are often solved by addressing a combination of these things. Coaching approaches the whole person, not relying on band-aid techniques that don’t hold up for long.

Don’t miss the word “care” in all of this! Coaching shows amazing care for people. When you ask questions and listen to responses you show respect, interest, and care for the other person. When you help me solve my problem, not what you think my problem is, by helping me find my way forward, not telling me what to do, I feel cared for. It seems like half of feeling cared for is knowing there’s someone with me, someone supporting me in my struggle.

We have gifted, experienced and certified coaches who are here to come alongside you, as you discern and live into making your unique contribution.
